The application details you paste are held in the page’s memory. When you choose AI drafting and give consent, selected facts, the target role and job description are sent through our server to OpenAI for drafting and an automated evidence review. We do not save the input CV or job advert. Successful draft packs have a temporary recovery copy in the database so a repeated request can return the same pack without using another allowance. Copies cannot be retrieved after ten minutes and expired copies are purged on subsequent service requests. You can remove existing copies immediately in Account. Routine logs do not intentionally contain CV content.

AI requests use store:false, so responses are not stored for retrieval through the Responses API. OpenAI may retain service or abuse-monitoring data according to its policies; clearing this workspace does not delete provider records.

“Clear details” removes the application data from the workspace and requests removal of temporary draft copies. Your signed-in account ID, pack usage and payment reference records remain separate from CV content. Refreshing the page also resets the workspace. Word downloads are files on your device; clear them separately if you want to remove them.

The site is hosted online. Hosting and access services may process technical connection or access information. This page describes application-data handling in the preview; it is not the final privacy notice for the future paid service. Billing will be handled by Paddle, which receives payment details through its checkout. Card details do not pass through Rolevell. Minimal billing references and allowance records are kept to support purchases and prevent duplicate processing. Operator details, retention schedules and the final policy must be reviewed before paid launch.

Drafts you can check

This version includes a server-side OpenAI drafting integration. Its availability depends on service access and API credits. You choose and confirm the facts included in your draft. You can correct their sections and edit the final document. Generated summaries and letter paragraphs cite confirmed fact IDs and receive a separate automated evidence review. These checks can still miss errors; they do not guarantee factual accuracy. Original CV fact lines remain unchanged.

The requirement checklist uses word overlap. It is not proof of a qualification or a hiring prediction. Document styles retain editable text and one reading order; no compatibility with every recruitment system is promised.

When testers provide feedback, we will publish their words only with permission, identify whether they tested a preview or the paid service, and disclose any incentive or relationship. We will not invent reviewers, star ratings or hiring outcomes.

Clear payment information

Paid plans are not available in this preview. The pass and subscription prices are proposals, and a server-side integration has been prepared but cannot take payment without verified merchant configuration.

Before paid launch, customers will be shown the total price, renewal terms, cancellation process and applicable refund terms. A working support contact and the business operator’s details must also be available.

Merchant checkout, actual cancellation, refund processing and country-specific policy review still require provider testing. The English-language preview can be used with CVs and résumés from other countries.
